How It Works

Processing Time: After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is verified, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch. Most orders are forwarded to our fulfilment team within 72 hours.

Shipping Time: This is the transit time from our warehouse to your delivery address, and varies by destination as outlined below.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following estimates apply to in-stock items using Standard Secured Shipping with Insurance.

USA & Canada2 – 4 Weeks
Australia & New Zealand2 – 4 Weeks
UK & Europe2 – 4 Weeks
Rest of World2 – 5 Weeks

Shipping Options

Standard Insured Shipping: Your order is fully insured during transit. If your item is lost or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, provided sufficient evidence is submitted.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your order is prioritised within our daily dispatch queue. Delivery windows may remain similar to standard shipping during high-volume periods. Full insurance is included.

⚠️ Some orders may be shipped from multiple warehouse locations and arrive in separate parcels at different times. This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active. We recommend using 17track.net for the most accurate updates.

Order Changes

If you need to amend your order, please contact us at support@olilos.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, changes can no longer be made.
